Guest Ratings & Reviews
I found the hotel to have good and clean rooms, with jacuzzi, but they were quite worn out with a leaking sink and a loose electric fireplace. The service, particularly from Malika, was really helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The location, near trams, metro, and restaurants, was a great benefit. The dining experience, with a wide array of Turkish options, was enjoyable. However, the lack of windows in the basement room was a downside.
I was excited to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the rooms I booked were given to someone else, and they seemed small for a five-star place. Despite being labeled as 'silent suites,' noise from corridors and neighboring rooms was noticeable. The location appeared to be in what was once a basement.
The hotel offers lovely rooms with amazing jacuzzis but is situated under a restaurant/club with loud music until 2 am. The service is generally great but marred by some issues. The location is convenient for exploring tourist attractions but affected by nearby construction noise. The dining experience has its ups and downs, and the facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable but had a terrible smell like sewers. It faced a noisy corridor and overlooked unattractive views of a car park and backyard. The service was mixed with rude encounters but also gestures like offering coffee/tea at 1:00 am. The location was excellent, near major attractions and shops. The dining experience was good but nothing luxurious. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with a Jacuzzi bathroom and a very polite staff, although they were small with limited storage. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very small with poor ventilation, and my late arrival past midnight left me waiting for the room, but the staff offered coffee and tea to pass the time. The service was a blend of rudeness and genuine friendliness from different staff members. The location was excellent, close to main markets and attractions, and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the dining experience was disappointing with limited selections and no fresh fruit juices.
The hotel has a great location, with easy access to Istanbul's top attractions and classy restaurants. The rooms had a terrible smell, facing a corridor with no windows or balcony and lacking air conditioning. The service was exceptional, with staff like Ali and Medhat being very polite and professional. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options for an additional charge. The location is unbeatable, making it convenient for both new visitors and those familiar with the city. However, the lack of air conditioning and balcony window in the room were major drawbacks.
